Werid Error of the DAY!

Hey guys/girls, I really am buged out by this error msg. Yesterday I got on my accout and was playing fine all night until I got randomly Dc'ed. At the time I was to sleep to try loging back into the game but when I did today I type in my accout Info and pass and then it says "Retry 1 of 2" then "Retry 2 of 2" then I get this Msg.

Any idea guys/girls? or Gms? I think it maybe my network BUT! My bro can get on the game fine on his laptop Useing this network. I can get online fine and play other online games. SO PLEASE DON"T SEND ME A MSG SAYING ITS MY NETWORK UNLESS YOU REALLY NO WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT! sorry I just hate that. Everyone just thinks it a network issue but if it was I would not beable to play other games online like Diablo 2 and runes of magic and Lord of the rings online.... And my bro couldn't play the game online on his laptop useing my network so please If I can get some help or even a support number would be nice I found one and the Number was 17814014020 And some girl answer saying she doesnt work for the company anymore... so if there is a WORKING number let me know ANY HELP WOULD BE NICE THANKS!

UPDATA!

Okay, this is just a updata of what i've done so far. I went into my hard drive and viewed the size of the game which was smaller then it should have been not by much so I figured it left something out of the download... anyways I got my bros laptop and used a 1gig flash drive to fix that now both files are the same (( Comparing my bros laptop one to the Desktop one)) I've not tried it yet. But, i'm about to WISH ME LUCK

Also another problem is it keep downloading the loading screens everytime i enter it. It goes to 10 and then lets me log in and then says that error when i click login ... I'm trying it now with the fix's I've done. .....Well **** even with the minor repairs still nothing has charged still the same error... Why? its been all day and nothing ... no help.. from any gm or person period. I just don't know what else to try, My firewalls is off, my internet is about 3mbps/1.5mbpsu I can't redownload the game in the day due to a 1gig data lock, I have to wait tell 12am - 7am to download things. I guess i'm just going to play on the laptop for a bit until someone wants to help out.

I wish I could help in some way, but I can't play the game still, so I haven't reached anyone elses problem. I know how it is when you help others, but it's hard to find help for you problems aswell :'(. Did that thing you try with your brothers laptop work?

Here are some other things you could try.
1) Find patches for the game and see if it works?
2) Uninstall the game then reinstall it?

Sorry I couldn't give much more options. I'm really new to this kind of thing and only have exp. with 2 games. If these don't work, I truly hope you find a answer to your question and get the help you deserve.

Hey man thanks alot, I'll look at that post you should try downloading the game useing mozilla Firefox and see if it works Thats what I did on the laptop and this one. I guess sometime you just get a bad download I can't download the game until 12am my time its 1051pm here so 1hr and i'll try it out hehe thanks tho. Hey when you get in the game Go on the Kyorta or is it Kyora... ugh not sure but its the server that start with a "K" lol and look me up CHarater name Renorien
