How do you repeat Threnal?

Or more precisely, how can you repeat Threnal South in order to get a choice of the end rewards without having to repeat all 9 quests in the entire chain? It's clear that it's *possible* as there are reports on the forums of people doing it. But there is no consensus that I have seen on HOW one correctly goes about doing it. Some say you have to repeat East but not West. Others say West but not East. One account said you had to repeat one (East I think) but then had to talk to the NPC (Sal) not once but twice in order to get South opened up again.

Very confused.

I tried it yesterday/today but obviously got it wrong as I ended up having to repeat all 9 quests over again...only to not see any of the 3 items I was looking for on the reward list. Boo!

So, can anyone who really knows the answer clarify this?

you have to do east and west befor you can do south which means you will always have to do all 3
theres no way to just repeat south over and over for the reward

how to exactly repeat that whole thing im not sure about but abonden all 3 in your questlog cant be wrong

There's no way to repeat just south, but you can do it without repeating the east misery.

Simply abandon west from the quest log and it will reset south and west while leaving east clear. Then you just need to clear west and you can pick up the south series again. Note that resetting west from the npc will reset east as well, and resetting or abandoning east or south in any way will reset all three.

Actually there is a way if I remember correctly. You will need at least one other person (not a hireling). Once your group finishes, go get your end chain reward, then have someone else who has yet to receive their reward share the quest with you. You should get a dialog box asking f you want to do southern or something of that sort. Once you click it you will be reset on southern and can do those 3 quests to get another end reward.

I'm pretty sure this is how its done. Been in several groups where we have been able to just reset southern. Down side is someone in the group (the last to turn in reward) will not get southern reset and will need to run all three after they get the end reward. I'm 99% sure this is how it works.

Edit: Maybe I'm thinking of the method above, but I was sure we were doing it without having to repeat west. Perhaps we were going so fast I didnt notice.

Yes...this is exactly how you do it, you can always just run west and south on casual to if u want to get to the end rewards list.
