    Default Old Player: I'm Free not Premium

    I'm a player that decided to take a break right before the switch to Unlimited. Please correct me if my outlook on the situation is wrong.

    I had subscribed for the game in June of 2008 I believe when there was a very special deal and it was available to sign up for again after it expired before unlimited was integrated. Now though the option is gone and I am a free player with none of my old characters on the account. I was looking to get back into the game as a subscriber but wanted to see what had changed and get used to new things while free but now I have none of my characters.

    Can anyone help me here?

    EDIT: On second thought I may have originally subscribed in 2006 not 2008

    Before I even read your post I realized that this is the problem. I believe ive figured out the right account (out of the who knows how many trial ones I had) and requested password retrieval but either im looking at the wrong email that its attached to or they havnt sent it yet.

    If you can't figure out the username, or are still having troubles with the password, please contact the Account Management department and they will be happy to help.
