VIP getting Server Full message?

What's up with this? I can not log into Argonnessen right now. Been trying for over 30 minutes. I can log into other servers. I thought this wasn't supposed to happen to paying customers?

Worse part is it displays a message and crashes, no queue, no nothing.

I am having the same problem. I'm VIP also. I was able to log on around 4pm or so, but after 6pm, I keep getting that same problem, crashing on the Loading new data screen and having to CTRL ALT DEL out and get a connection fail: server full box. I hope this is a glitch they are going to fix asap and not that server is too full. I left a tech support email, hope they will look into this.

As a VIP, I DEMAND that they prevent me from being affected by bugs. Those should be reserved for the F2P players!

If you thought about it a bit before you posted, you might come to realize that the mention of VIP status is not to seek special priveledge, but to note that most of us thought it would exclude us from queue -- or give priority at the very list.

Like you, most of us are intelligent enough to know a bug knows no target. Really didn't require the reminder.

A reminder indicates that people knew it in the first place. Look at some of the posts above. Do you really think they believed this was a bug? If so, the comments of "so much for being a VIP" and "I thought this wasn't supposed to happen to paying customers" make absolutely no sense, since being a VIP doesn't give you a bug exemption.

even without a reminder, beeing vip doesnt prevent the server from beeing full, so if its really full you dont get in either
