I'll volunteer if everyone would be comfortable with me doing it (meaning no possible squelches that would mess with seeing roll results or whatever). What night would be agreeable for people to come together at once for this?

If a representative must be used, how are we supposed to do this? Representative tells the other person who then meets with a group of us who were in the roll to guarantee the scales get to the person, say like 4 or 5 others who we divide the scales up amongst to all gather at once and give the person the scales at that time?**

My question would be how do we run this considering 12 max per party (leaving 8 contestants guessing as to what's going on). Do we make a raid group of 12 people and then those 12 facilitate the roll?

Just have everyone mail you a scale. As soon as you get all of them set a date. Get 12 in a party and everyone in vent maybe? that way everyone can hear at least what's going on.

I Guess I'll collect all scales on Rtwo and when I get them all we'll do the roll off. Does this mean we're vacating Oogly's spot or what? I'd like to know so that I can get all the scales and get this rolling for those still here.

Only thing is I don't have vent, but if someone in party gets into a vent room with the other 19, then that'll work fine.

edit: After mailing scale, post here saying "Sent from _________" so I know who has all sent them in and who to hunt down to feed to the warforged titans in my backyard

Sorry all, I have been away from the game the last few months and thought I would at least be around to see this through, but didnt expect it to be filled so quickly. Thanks for taking it over Rtwo. Not sure when I will log on again, so feel free to take my spot.
