    Default Stealing Agro

Yesterday in VoD I kept stealing agro from the boss tank. To solve the issue I decided to stop doing my earth strikes and it solved the problem. Maybe it's because my end game gear is finally starting to come together or maybe it's because the tank wasn't very good at holding agro for whatever reason, but it was the first time in 15 VoDs that I have had the problem of stealing agro. This is my first lvl 20 monk and I run with a slightly customized version of the Rockin' Robin build, so I am far from optimized for damage at this point. I waited a sufficient time and only attacked after it was clear the tank had agro and other dps had already joined in. So taking this into consideration:

    - Is this a common problem for other end game monks?

    - What method(s) do you use to mitigate this problem?

I am sure there are worse problems to have and I didn't let it get out of hand when it did happen but any advice would be helpful.

    Thanks,

    Ez

STR Based halfling with good gear etc here, but I will only pull aggro if the tank isn't very good. Most of the time when running with guildies, I won't pull aggro, but some pugs with lesser gear is another story.

I wouldn't worry too much, just bad luck on the tank
