Sorc Warforged Hirelings

Its been said before and its getting said again, there needs to be more Warforged Sorc Hirelings. These are the healers for Warforged characters, not having one for every level range is like not having clerics.


It shouldn't be very difficult, or take very long to put them in.


Make ddo better by getting it done.

Most of the Wizards have repair spells, and often better ones than the sorcs are given.

It's not like by not having Warforged Sorcs Warforged can't get healed though, since Warforged are also healed by positive energy, so the Cleric hirelings will work.

Or you can always drink pots or group with someone who can heal you.

i should have said "arcanes" not sorcs although sorc sp is more ideal for a hireling.

there simply are not ANY high level Warforged Arcane hirelings. If you take a fleshie sorc hireling and want to solo, you have no way to heal it. If you take the cleric you suffer 50% penalty. The proper solution is to have a few higher level Warforged Arcane hirelings.

What is the reasoning in having low level WF Sorcs but no high level WF sorcs?

Because the penalty isn't 50%. It is if you didn't take any enhancements, but you can get that up to 65% from healing spells with just 2 APs.

With more AP spent and the right items you can get that over 100%.

I don't think there's any high-level Cleric hirelings that don't have Heal. A level 15 Cleric's Heal is guaranteed to hit you for at least 75, and most have been given enhancements to boost the healing spells, so you'll probably get over 100 at least when you factor in your healing amp.
