Ghelere in the Vale... Is he on vacation??

Looking for some insight... I have been running in The Vale for a bit now, in the rather small area he should be located, and can't seem to locate Ghelere for the life of me. I am up to 19 runs just to find this elusive creature. Is this just bad luck or is there some sort of spiritual dance or invocation needed to summon him???

Any help would be appreciated.

He is there....explorer Rares are very very funky sometimes.

I was trying to get my last rare in Shavarath.....BLACKPAW......I literally spent a whole day of playing going in and out of the ToD cave waiting for resets before it spawned.

I've been leveling my monk in The Orchard, have spent the last two days out there....Zombie Train hasn't popped once. Sometimes they just are very RARE.

If I am not mistaken Ghelere is sometimes in stealth mode, but if there is another cat there that is not Ghelere....then he is not there.

Maybe this is just superstition on my part, but it does seem after they have popped once, they seem to show up more often.....I'm not sure if they have it coded this way....most likely the first time spawn for full XP and quest completion is another timesink implemented by Turbine.
