    Default DDO Problem

    Hello DDO Community,

    I am a new DDO player and I have a couple of problems. I downloaded the game, and I created an account. I downloaded the High Resolution pack. Now, when I go to play the game, I cannot locate it. It is not on my desktop, nor when I try to search my computer. When I search my computer it only brings up the installation/setup. Also, when I come on the website and try to play the game by clicking the "Play Now For Free," button, it takes me to the signup page, and I already have an account.

    Please, let me know what I can do to play this game, I have been trying for a while now.

    If you have Vista or Windows 7, then you'll need to go to the Start menu, then Games (for Windows) and the icon should be in that folder.

    If that doesn't help, I recommend contacting our Tech support department.
