Looking for good q-staves

yup, i'm looking for some great q-staves for my staff-tactician

things i'm looking for
weighted 5% with holy/element burst
ghost touched of pure good
transmuting of pure good
improved roaring/cursespewing of weighted 5% (do they exist?)

anyways, for all of them, must have good hardness and as high of + bonus as possible

Improved Roaring of Weighted 5% might exist... but not curse. Cursespew & Weighted are both suffixes.

It's a +2, I removed some of the staff because somebody else had asked for them before and just cought up to him. Again look me up if you wanna see my left overs

+5 Metaline/Pure Good/Cold touch
+1 Holy/Greater vermin Bane
+2 Seeker 4/Greater Elf Bane
+4 True law/Greater Giant Bane
