    Question Is it Fixable?

My main character is Funa Adili, a lv 10 Human Barb (Chaotic Good) on the Sarlona sever. I have Good Weps, decent armor, ok gear and yet I feel very underpowered, more than likely due to poor management. this character is supposed to be a THF dps power house but now it is starting to feel about as powerful as an angry girl scout troop. I am currently unable to complete anything around my level on my own or with a healer hench.

the character started out as the default thf build but I soon left the path ans struck out on my own.

In combat i normally hit for around 33-40 damage normal hit with a crit of about 100-120

    Stats (with gear)
    str:24
    dex: 14
    Con: 15
    int: 8
    Wis: 9
    Cha: 9

    Skills
    Balence 6, intimidate 10, jump 17, swim 10, tumble 3.5, UMD 1.5

    Feats
Cleave, Improved crit: slashing, power attack, thf, weapon focus: Slashing

    Enhancements
Damage boost 2, Damage reduction 2, sprint 1, extend rage 2, extra rage 2, hardy rage 2, power attack 3, power rage 2, Frenzy 1, Human adapt Str 1, Barb con 1, Human healing boost 1

    Armor
+1 Mithril chain of moderate fort

    Weapons
+1 Metaline great axe of pure good
+1 Anarctic burst great axe of pure good

I should also mention that i am cronicly broke and can barely afford heal and restoration pots, much less tomes and feat swaps. I understand this guy more than likely looks like a hot mess of noob but i am wondering if he can be somehow salvaged. my main goal with this guy is to be able to get to level 20, grind out enough favor to get all the nice goodies available and then TR, but at this point leveling is getting confusing and painful.

hrmm, I hit as hard as you and Im level 6. Your weapons are kinda pooh pooh... you want to get as high as + as possible not for damage but for to-hit then jack up your damage by finding a vicious weapon or better a Holy Weapon or even better a Holy Burst weapon...or just get Carnifex from Deleras or a Keen greataxe is also good...always get greataxe or maul due to x3 damage. Then buy some bulls strength, cheap at your level, heroism for the occasional to hit buff, get Power attack and barbarian power attack , they stack, also get the next power attack boost(s).

Buff yourself before battle and always frenzy. You should be good after this.

Right, Level 10ish the game starts getting a bit rougher.

If you are soloing on your Barbarian Hirelings tend to be much cheaper then potions, just lock them behind you somewhere sfe while you head forward to kill, and then bring them to you next cleared area to heal you up. If you get far enough away when you call them they will teleport to you.

I would suggest going to some lower level quests/explorer areas, and practicing getting through them with no, or minimal healing. Some classes are more solo friendly, Barbarian is not known as one of them.
    Occasionally playing on Cannith

    Llyren, Kelda and some others.

You should be doing fine with this kind of build, it's probably just that your gear sucks, which is normal for a new player (you can't really have good gear until you get one high level character to pull good stuff and make money).
Get into groups to gain XP and loot: at this level you should start making some good money, so you can buy better gear on AH
