I was playing DDO a fair bit back in the fall after my boyfriend got me hooked on it, but I gave it up in the new semester because I didn't want it to affect my university work load. So after exams are over and before I get on with summer life I figured I would get playing again for a bit. A couple of weeks ago, my boyfriend bought us tickets for a spring formal. This meant the usual girl routine - buying a new dress and new heels, trip to the hair stylist and beautician. For the first time ever I thought I might try out some acrylic nails. Not very long mind you, just a half an inch or so past where they would usually be. they added a nice elegant touch to my look. But this morning after getting back and plugging into DDO, I found that the nails are seriously impeding my ability to play. I usually use the mouse and arrow keys, but getting at the arrow keys is a hit and miss affair. So far today the nails have cost me about 10 deaths I figure. But I am not taking them off. With preactice I can have the best of both worlds

One time I was running around and started jumping a lot for no reason. I checked a bunch of settings and couldn't find anything wrong. Then I looked down and saw my belly was resting on the spacebar.

Sort of like that time on Family Feud when it was playboy playmates versus Chippendales dancers, and when the playmate reached across to shake hands she hit the buzzer with her breasts. (its on youtube somwhere)
