    Question Error: No connectivity detected.

"Error: No connectivity detected. Please reconnect and try again."

That's the message I've been getting for the last four or five days. And it has been driving me absolutely bonkers! Especially since I'm obviously connected to, and using, the interwebs.

So basically I've followed all of DDO's installation steps to the crossed t's and dotted i's, and have gotten that message time and again when I go to download DDO using Pando Media Booster.

Normally it's very easy for me (I've had to uninstall and reinstall DDO after every update). Normally I just click the button, click run and something downloads then something else downloads and before you know it, the turbine download manager was downloading the game and I was back in action within a couple of hours.

Except this time once I've saved the DDO standard button thinger (I'm a computer idiot, if you haven't figured this out already) and then clicked on it, I get that message. I get that message after making sure Pando media was installed properly. I get the same message. Followed all the steps both tech supports have emailed me (making sure firewalls aren't blocking either program, having the updated pando thinger and internet explorer is up and running) and well...I still get that same message. I've literally tried everything I can think of and different ways of downloading DDO, but that message keeps popping up on me.

Has anyone had this same issue? And if you have, how did you fix it?

Ditch the download manager. Just download the whole game straight from the server. It will probably download faster that way.

Lots of people report random issues with the Download Manager, and 99% are solved by bypassing it.

Click on "additional download options" under where it says "Download now". The link is in there.

Ahhh, ok. I've tried that as well with the same results. I'm just going to assume this computer hates DDO figure out a way to hook my family PC up with DDO to create much happiness and harmony somewhere in the world...if not I'm sure they'll make great babies??

    Anyway! Thanks for your help!

I have the same problem, but when I go to additional download I have to sign up for a new account, or get the same stupid download manager. If your goal is to not let people download your game, you're succeeding with flying colors, Turbine!
