    Default Liki the Gimp

So I'm going to be TRing again soon, and since I decided to forgo my third run as a fighter I decided to play a Tempest III ranger with splash of Rogue and Monk. Obviously this is the variant of the Exploiter, but since I'm missing Epic gear, Chattering ring, ToD gear, even Shroud HP item I felt gimp would be more appropriate . I'm debating of dropping my Int to 12 and raising my con to 13 which allows me to pick up a +3 con (instead of a +4 later on), but the question is which skill to drop?

SO you are jacking both dex and str, and I don't see finesse, so you will be wielding... scimitars?

I have an AC tempest and it is my opinion that you should pick a weapon that lets you stance, and if you do that then you are committed to a different build than you are planning.

I'd ditch elf and either go halfling, focusing more on DEX and AC
    OR
I'd ditch elf and go human or wf for double khopesh and focus on STR for DPS.

Either way, make the choice and rob from the other stat to bolster your CON.

    Back fed.

Merely settling for a +3 tome instead of that +4? Opinion?? Yeah.. dont get your hopes up or anything, you might want to come to the realization that you can play for a very, very long time and never get even the +3 tome that have hinged your build on.

Yeah I know it's necro but it's my thread and I been out of state. Considering I have the +3 tomes already I don't think it's a problem.

Btw werk the dex raises are through action points and STR raises are from levels. I picked Elf because I have greensteel rapiers and various assortments of rapiers and no khopesh. I also <) elves ^^
