Server Roulette

I can log-on but the connection to the server I want is not always available. The window to select a server opens but it takes a while to connect to any of the servers and then more often than not the server I want will have a red x next to it. Most times only 3 servers will result in green checks. So I have to log-in again and hope I get the server connection I want. Sometimes this will go on for a 1/2 hour.

Any suggestions?

It sounds like something is blocking the launcher from getting server status.

Double-check your firewall first just to be sure its letting the game files through.

Then try a temporary clean boot as another test, (you can undo the changes made from those steps later to put Windows back into a normal boot up routine).

Aside from those double-check your router/modem and see if you can find out based on their make/model how to get into their configurations and see if they have any kind of a built in firewall as well.

If you haven't yet I'd also recommend a support request as well.
