i just got my new comp its 64bit windows vista my old comp was xp and it ran and dl fast but on this one when i get done installing it says i need to rstart my comp for settings to take effect so i do that when everything comes up i dont see no icon or indication its installed on my comp ive tried the dl three times it dont wanna work

On Vista/Win7 the game should be launched from the icon in "Games".

After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
