Default Sneak Attack damage visual output?

I've a question about the visual output for SA damage.

As I calculate it, I should have:
    10d6 (max 60)
    +8 Tharne's
    +12 SA Training IV
    +6 Halfling Guile
    ____
    10d6+26 or a range of 36 to 86.

However, I don't think I've ever noticed SA damage over the mid-70s. I realize that the likelihood of rolling max, or close to max, on the d6s is slight, but I've gone whole VoDs with my eyes glued to the numbers I'm throwing out.

Does the Guile add to base damage instead of the SA output? How about the bonus from items (ie. Tharne's)?

Well, if Im thinking properly on this (and I have no doubt someone will correct me quickly and visciously if Im wrong)...

    The odds of rolling a 76+ on a 10d6+26 (rolling a 5 or 6 on all 10 dice consecutively) is a 1/3 chance 10 times in a row, or 1 out of 3^10 which is 1 out of 59049

While Im sure you are swinging a lot of swings in Vision, still seems pretty unlikely you'd hit 76+ on a roll, and even if you did, you'd still have to see it shoot by graphically.

It adds to the Sneak Attack total, not base damage.
