    Default im sad taht turbine isnt helping me...

    i really needed some advice and help from a turbine tech staff.. i already sent a ticket and still no response.. i am a noob when it comes to tech stuff.. so i really need help... why doesnt broadband allow me to play ddo? when dsl can?

    So, with DSL, you often just have a modem, and your computer is "on the internet"
    directly. That's good (few config issues) and bad (poor security), but it is different
    than if you have a router.

    For broadband, you usually have a router, and how it's configured determines how easy
    it is for applications that access the Internet through non-standard ports to get
    through. Since I've never heard of your broadband provider, it's possible that they
    deliver a router that is locked down fairly hard.

    So, it may not be light reading, but you should walk through this post, and see if
