. . . does a tempest III get? The figure I see thrown around in DPS posts is 114/137 (extra off-hand attack) but I'm assuming this is hasted and/or Madstone raged.

What's the actually number of swings we get in 60 seconds with Tempest III non-hasted? Yes I'm sure I could count but why do work when somebody else already has?

Also is 20 BAB really faster than 18/19? I ask because it SEEMS faster but I might just be imagining it.
