    Thumbs down Yet another Paypal problem with buying Turbine Points...

    So yes, i was purchasing some Turbine points. I went to "Get more," clicked the amount i want, checkout with Paypal, logged into Paypal, continued there (as Turbine asked the billing address), clicked purchase and... transaction error 3 (Paypal account must be verified)... So i verified it, and did the same. I got another error, whose number i don't remember. I tried again.

    Transaction Error 3 again. But i already verified it! WTD? O.O

    After that, i restarted DDO and tried again. Nope, Transaction error 3 again. -.-

    So... Why it isn't working?

    There's a lots of trouble with Turbine's store. I suggest that you should start fixing THAT first! D<

    Transaction Error 3 will occur if your PayPal account is not Verified. We only accept Verified PayPal accounts. For more information on how to get a Verified PayPal account, please visit the PayPal website.

    Yeah, i just noticed that i need to verify twice - my e-mail and my bank account. Dang it was typed in so small text >_>

    Someone could say that somewhere..

    I tried to buy with my credit card. I put in all the information and it still gave me an error. How do I verify my information?

    Exclamation Paypal issue

    I am trying to purchase the 1550 tp package through paypal and it is telling me that the service is unavailable. I was able to last purchase a 5000 tp package before the update using paypal but now can not. Is it an issue with my account or is there a problem with paypal.

    Default Buying Turbine Points

    Greetings,

    at the moment I am also unable to buy turbine points with PayPal.

    The turbine system cancels my PayPal transaction. The error seems to be a missing 'billing address' which I obviously do not have when paying with PayPal. I do not own a credit card, so I am unable to enter the missing information.

    Since I hooked up a friend playing the game with me, it is incredible annoying that it seems to be impossible to currently purchase turbine points with PayPal.

    You really should look into the issue, as I was able to buy with PayPal (last time: 9. Jul 2010). Yes, I have a verified account and there where no issues at all.

    It seems they haven't fixed the Discover card issue yet. Do you know when they will?

    I'm sorry, but we don't have a time frame for that fix at this time. However, we do have a work around.
