as i am leveling an elven barb atm i noticed that there is a quite long animation for the rage, yet on dwarfs, wfs and i think humans too its almost instant (halflings have a longer one too iirc)

theres no real reason for that habbit, thus they all should be made short as it is for dwarfs atm
