i need help.. is this problem also experience by others?

hello i have a problem, i can log in and click my toon, but im stuck in the wlecome to ebberon loading screen.. then mins later, it says connection to server lost.. triedthis a couple of times for the past 2 hours.. i think i really need help now.. please? anyone?

I have tha same problem.

Or i can start the game, play for a while then i get disconected from the game , the game ferzze ,I can rotate my toon and type in chat , but noting else , and after a while i get disconected.

And after that i cant log back in to the game, i have the same problem i can shoose toon but not enter the game.
(it hangs om the welcome screen)

the best part is , I have an old copmputer 6 yers old, but it can run DDO , and if i boot it up i can log in every time.
But it takes 15-20 min to start it (and enter the game) my new on boots and load the game in les then 5.

the new on have win7 and notron antivirus (its a amd rig, penom II and ATi grapics)
the old on runs xp and F-secure (and is an intel and a genforse card)

I have tryed every thing and it will not do any diferense if the computer loocks up i cant play DDO on it untill the next day.
(and i can play for 1-2h)

Its verry anoying, any one else with the same problem.

please give me som hints!

Try the steps here and the connection related ones here but if its still ongoing open a support request if you haven’t yet

thanks for teh reply but i still cant play.. it works on dsl, but not on my broadband.. may i ask what ddo braodband reqments are?
