add more drink-food for WF

I hate having to sit in the tavern for like 5 min on a sorc geting 80 sp at a time, or sit in a tavern as a barb geting like 30 hp at a time. Yes i kno there are the biger ones but 1k plat for 10, bit pricey

Glowing Blue Vial is 54 gold, and its 2400sp over 2 minutes, not much worse compared to the Ghallanda Distillate (1600sp/1m, 81 gold)

Rapid Healing Balm is 32 gold for 160hp/1min, again not too bad if plat is a concern.

From what I understand WF can't use those though... they use the Energy Tonics. And the best Energy Tonic doesn't compare to either of the Glowing Blue Vial or Ghallanda Distillate for the fleshy types.
