Not really. They are around and have dropped in the past. I dont feel that these are worth as much as alot of people do, who ask like 20 mil for them. If someone gets this drop and they are not going to play a monk, I bet they could use a 2 con tome. I might toss in some plat if its reasonable. I would offer more but I am not going to break the bank to get these. Also, I already have holy of GEOB, so its not as much of a hostage situation as many believe.

Sucks that I have to farm Shadow Crypt, but it really doesnt suck that much when I am level 8-13 as there is buku xp to be had in there.

I've had some drop for me, and I've also pulled the devouts. They're out there for sure. And I agree 20 million is excessive. But I also tend to think a +2 con tome is a little excessive on the low end. Bump for you, and I wasn't trying to be a ****. GL in your search

First I'd agree that 20 mil is way to high, but the +2 con tomb is way to low. They would be better off selling the handwraps and buying a +2 tome with money left over. Face it these are coveted by alot of Monks, many of whom either have rich uncles (alts) or are the rich uncle. They are great end game, which is where the money is at.

Good luck in your search, but I wouldn't hold my breath, well unless your a WF then go ahead hold your breath.

I agree that you won't find a seller for anywhere in the neighborhood of any +2 tomes. I pulled 4 +2 tomes from farming runes alone last week, but never a pair of +x met of pg wraps. Before I finally scored my Devout HR I was offering up to 3 lg scales for +1 met of pg and was getting consistantly turned down. There was a fellow on this board trading for +1 met of pg and only accepting epic red scales. In retrospect, I'm glad now that no one accepted my offers because after I finally scored my Devouts, I soon came across two other pair that were as good or better and I was able to craft my first GS HP item with the ingreds I didn't spend on the HR. Good luck to you and I'll keep you in mind while questing/raiding.

I have seen them on the AH in the recent past for 6 mil. 2 con tomes dont go for much less than that. Id toss 1mil on top of that or maybe 1 other tome depending on what I have, but I still am not going to break the bank to get these.

I have talked to some people who think its a hostage situation where they think they can ask for excessive amounts. I can just use metalline pg staff on normal runs (i know it sucks) - or use holy GEOB wraps on normal shroud.

If someone who isnt playing a monk wants to be reasonable, I am all ears.
