    Default Help, please.

I am in need of some help - as I am one of those people woefully behind the eight-ball when it comes to solving my own technical assistance issues.

I just purged a virus off my computer (antivirus pro 2010 - man, what a pain) and now when I try to launch DDO, it says that the underlying connection has failed - and it tries again.

I have no idea on how to get DDO working again, or even what got messed up in getting rid of this virus.

    Help? please?

    Check this...

    1) Control Panel > Internet Settings
    2) Connection
    3) Click LAN Setting
    4) Uncheck everything

...this virus sets itself up to be a proxy server filtering and scanning all your network traffic once you remove it this usually remains set. If not that check your hosts file...

You are officially my favorite person of the day.
I'd rep ya, but I needs to spread it around more. So... when I'm able, I will.
