Any UK or euro TZ guilds?

I play a few hours every evening and it's starting to get more difficult to find groups doing content in my level range (11th Cleric) or that don't have 'know it!' or 'vets only'. I'm a VIP account, I'm not broke, I'm not a kid and I have a working mic... plus not everyone dies when I heal.
I've had some good groups with guys from ransack and indifference lately but I'd be happy to talk to any guild so long as it's not just a handful of folk or "omg, healer, invite". I don't have any particular goals or requirements - playing is just a hobby that consumes time between dinner and going to sleep.

If nothing else, being in a guild should prevent the random invites right?
