Jean Clad Van Damme's.... THE FISTIMINATOR A 2 TR past life monk/stalwart defender.
I'd have to say now... its a decent intimitank. Fastest weapon attack speed, buffable to 52 STR, AC peak 87/(97 w/ Water Stance 3).
Ready for elite DC's for intimidate in certain quests. As to whether the build is survivable in elite quests as a chewtoy is another matter entirely.

As DPS:
2d8 per fist with monk past life, access to tier 3 monk stances and tier 1 fighter PrE's.
Utilizes hate and lower AC (42 standing) to proc guards.
You lose 17 Intimidate in this equipment set if you don't have the Epic Helm of Mroranon in DPS equipment, leaving you at 44 (enough for trash).
With the helm you're sitting pretty at 59 using HW (more than enough for trash).
Being surrounded was never this good. Switch to earth stance, boost into Stalwart mode, use your fighter past life, and and the more you get pounded the more Ki you have for spamming strikes. If you go into the red just switch to your blocking kamas, use combat expertise, read a heal scroll, and you're good to go.
As intimitank:
Probably only truly effective on normal/hard end raids as an intimitank, but sacrifices little DPS.
ONLY takes 35% damage from grazing hits WITH NO SHIELD! A difference of only 10% from my shield wielding counterparts.
Most times has no need to block as you're only sacrificing 2 AC.
Use earth stance when you're hit with grazing hits often, water stance (optional stance) if you're getting full hits often, and wind for DPS.
The option to tank without kamas for a total loss of 5 AC and 60% HA for normal end raids.
Notes:
For any equipment set plan on using litany and exceptional bonuses to make sure stats are even.
Only tomes actually needed are dex (for TWF) and int (for CE)
I pulled the +4 Cha so added it in .
Possibility to switch toughness feat for skill focus UMD for the ability to cast heal scrolls on a 2.
