What feats should I get as a pure rogue? I'm not going pure trapmonkey but I like being the assassin. Should I get oversized weapons feat? What other feats should I get?
Thanks.

Your feats largely depend on whether you decide to be a strength based rogue, or a dex based. For example: if you're dex based, you'll need weapon finesse, if you're str, you won't. Little things like that change everything.
If you are going to be a primary melee this is the list of feats most people get as a rogue
The full two weapon fighting line (3 feats) , Toughness (For times where your reflex save can't save you), Weapon Fennies (Yeah spelling sucks but this one is only if you are going heavy dex over str) and Improved Critical : Slashing or Peircing.
Basicly of your 'basic general leveling feats' Most are used up by them in this order
1) Two weapon fighting (Or toughness)
3) Weapon Fennies (Or free feat)
6) Toughness (Two weapon fighting)
9) Improved two weapon fighting
12) Improved Critical: XXX
15) Greater Two weapon fighting
18) Free feat
That is the general lay out of a non human/non warforged feat
Many Rogues also choose to take Skill Focus: Use Magical Device
Yes they can, my did til she got higher level. She doesn't have nofail heal scrolls and wouldn't with it. But she does have no fail Teleport and raise dead scrolls.
I personaly have a hard time justifying making CHA Green steel item due to the fact that... well it gives SP and my rogue doesn't have SP hehe.
1. Toughness
3. If dex=Finesse, if str=khopesh
6. TWF
9. ITWF
12: If dex=IC: Pierce, if str=IC: Slash
15: GTWF
18: Power Attack
First, consider splashing a level of monk or fighter. The capstone is ****, and you gain nothing else of any value at Rogue 20, whereas gaining an extra feat (and perhaps meaningful AC) can be very useful. I had planned on going pure until halfway through when I realized that I really wanted another feat and that there was virtually no downside to losing 1 rogue level (took fighter at 19 so I'd have an extra rogue level to make up skills that suffered).
I took:
1. TWF
3. Weapon Finesse (can drop for something else if Str-based)
6. Skill Focus: UMD (not entirely necessary, but it means you don't need to farm for UMD gear or make a Cha skills Shroud item)
9. ITWF
12. Improved Critical: Piercing
15. GTWF
18. Toughness
19. (Fighter) Power Attack (would have liked to take this earlier, but hadn't made up my mind until fairly late as to whether I'd prefer this or PA--great for punching through the DR on elementals and dealing with SA-immune creatures)
