I think it would be a REALLY good idea to flag characters as either a 28 or 32 point build in some way when it comes to lesser/greater reincarnations. I recently went thru the process of reincarnating what I thought was 32 point build character only to find out it was actually a 28 pointer. I had even used the character planner to assign points out as a new build and matched up the points to a 32 pointer... However, I forgot that the level up stat points are added into BASE value without a descriptor (unlike tomes) - so I spent 895 TP on a lesser heart only to find out that I had to turn it in, complete the reincarnation, wait a week for reinc timer, then buy a greater heart for another 1195 to get where I thought I was going.

Luckily the guy I talked to in account management was very nice, understanding, and helpful. HOWEVER, the entire situation could have been easily avoided if the character had been flagged as a 28 point build right off the bat. It doesn't have to be anything gaudy or complicated, just a line on the character sheet would be fine.
