Arcane Archer, worth 2 fighter splash?

Am considering making an arcane archer, I was wondering if it's worth taking a splash of 2 fighter levels for feats? I've noticed arcane archer seems to be the only PrE where people tend to go pure ranger, am I missing something? Because there's probably something useful in 2 fighter levels.

You're missing the level 20 Ranger enhancement which increases speed of shooting arrows.

Yes, there are necklace sets you can get which also increase speed and don't stack with it, but they give less of a bonus and take up the body slot.

I agree with the 2 first lines, and the thing about capstone only granting 12.5% increase even though it says 25% in-game is commonly explained by the fact that ranged only benefits by half the attack speed increase. Also remember that the way attack speed bonuses is applied and stacked, is not simply by saying 100% + bonuses. I don't remember the exact formula, but I believe it's something like 100%/(100%-bonuses), so 25% (12.5%) from capstone and ie. 20% (10%) boost from something else would give 100%/(100%-12.5%-10%)=129% attack speed and not 100%+12.5%+10%=122.5%

I'm quite sure fighter haste boost stacks, but haven't tested it myself.
