Can you please fix Polar Ray with Heighten on?

I didn't see a Magic or Spells forum, so I'll just post this here, just move it if it's not applicable.

Polar ray costs more spell points when Heighten is on for a level 17+ wizard (as it needs the extra level to "heighten" the spell). I submitted a report 2 months ago, but was not sure if "spamming" the same report is better.

If it's already planned to be fixed, apologies for posting this, but a confirmation would be appreciated.

Oh really? You can heighten it even though it doesn't have a save.....

Meh... don't expect it fixed any time soon: you could maximize + empower less restoration for 3 years.

Edit: I'm REALLLLLY tired of blind mobs wandering around despite being stunned, stoned, webbed, paralyzed, held etc. Reeeeeally reaaaaaally tired.
