It seems i am capped but can still gain xp without any of the nice benefits of true reincarnating... i offically give up

I have the same thing on Sloane, got the TR thing and spoke to the guy, then next time I logged her, did a q and she started gaining xp with ranks showing for next 4 ap's and level 21, she's currently 20.1, planning to wait now to see what happens when I hit it.

They wont fix it until this player petitions saying (s)he has been tossing around mana free hellballs and greater ruins with impunity for the last week or so....
