Nice. The only thing I could think off to add would be allowing to add multiple character namers, so you can just bookmark that page to review all your toons.

This would require something we all would hate...and unsafe, but would be nice to have a text message sent saying 'hound timer off'.

This would cost the webmaster money via SMS...or could be done through a regular email system that someone has forwarded to their phone for free (and much safer).

Updating OP with some new details.

As of 4/16/2010, 7:05am:
-- You can now see the results for multiple characters in one request. Simply enter (or supply if using GET method) a comma delimited list of character names. All characters must be from the same server. Sadly each character you add to a single request requires multiple requests to my.ddo.com to get the appropriate data, so your results will return slower the more you add. Also, when displaying info for multiple characters, the 'Detail' information is not available for display.

-- If a character is marked as Private, you will be told about that.

-- If you have completed the raid dungeon but not completed the quest by getting your end reward you 'should' get a warning about this. I don't have any characters in this state, so can't confirm it works with live data, though it did work fine with test data.

The cube was smart. The OP was well intended and this is a very nice tool, a positive contribution to the community, and not something you would just want to shut down.

But there is just no way they could allow such a horrible security and TOS breach as to have a version published on their web pages that asks people to hand over userids and passwords.

I tested it with my iPhone and it fits in portrait mode without left/right scrolling (or top down when viewing a single character). What am not seeing that I you are?

Possible but unlikely. First I'd have to buy a Mac, which isn't likely in the near future. Then I'd have to drop ads onto it to pay for the Mac. Who wants that?

But, you can browse to the site in Safari on the phone and then bookmark it and add it to your home screen. That doesn't make it an App, but it does the same thing an App would do, and is available today.

Would you consider releasing the source code at some point? I'd be interested in installing it myself for personal use with non public characters (I agree with other people that having a public website getting username / password is a bad idea, if only because you may be hacked).
