If you do not go human, which feat should you dump? ITWF?
Also, what does LotD mean for ability scores.
And...what GS items do you recommend for that (or similar) build?
Thanks

My builds generally assume in depth knowledge of the game. minor tweaks to suit your playstyle are always a good thing, but deviations to adapt to 28pt or another race rarely work out well in an example like this.
One of the primary reasons to do Human is so you can take the longsword path with the healing capstone. Going drow eliminates this important part of the build. Can you make a TWF Drow FvS? of course, but it is very different.
You did do something wrong. You completely made a completely different build but decided to use this build as your guide.... Not gonna work. You need a base 17 CHR in order to get ITWF and GTWF, You Scimitar instead of longsword which changes your Capstone. TO cast spells you need CHR= 10+Spell Level. So at level 1 you need to wear a +1 CHR item.
LotD is Litany of the Dead. its raid loot from the Abbot Raid.
I have a few Elf builds around here. I would look at some of those.
I did this build approximately 9 months ago, only thing is I gimped his wisdom, when I TR him, I will rethink the wisdom. Reason for gimping wisdom, is I wanted more melee. Turns out I had plenty of melee without having to gimp the wis. Oh well, live and learn. This build is fantastic. Massive heals, massive damage, great UMD, good AC, great buffing, great debuffing....It has it all, highly recommend it if you love a battle cleric.
What kind of armor do you go for on this build? (mid and end game), and what are the big differences between this and the evoker?
Ahh I see my mistake .Thank you for not getting angry for taking liberties.
I will switch to human and long sword.
why is dex so high at roll?
im confused: what does being human have to do with the capstone? are capstones by class and race or just class?
also what spells did you take- are they the same as your 18/2 build?
as for the capstone- can you apply metamagic feats to the free clw?

I'd like to try it with an Elf if it's better than a Drow then. I wish someone would post a build. It's the hardest part of the game, for me anyway. Seems like it would be really fun to play it.
You can be a drow and go Sovereign Host for Longswords&Cure Light capstone...but then you'd really be a lot better off being human. Extra feat, extra skillpoints.
Drow-Vulkoor is for:
1) Take advantage of the racial shortsword enhancements
2) The initial dex/cha boost
3) The invisibility capstone (which is actually stunningly powerful)
4) Shortswords are light weapons, so no size penalty when dual wielding.
I've been playing this build, and picked up TWF at Level 3 for my feat. I noticed that I miss a lot when using 2 x longswords... to the point where I'd estimate averaging more DPS if I use sword-and-board.
Is this normal? Does it get better as I level up?
This is somewhat normal if your not twinked/Buffed.
2 BAB at Level 3
3 16 STR
1 DIvine Favor
1 Googles of Insight (Korthos Reward)
2 Korthos Set Bonus (ANgers or Pathfinder)
1 Weapon +
---
+10 First swing
-4/-4
-----
+6/+6
While a bit low, Should be enough to hit most korthos/harbor stuff on normal and hard.
Thanks for the reply. Human.. I know I know heh, I will never play a human though in this game. Not unless Turbine hires me and lets me redo the models. Besides I like elves or drow ( a reason I wanted to play this game) and I would love to see this great build (with the supreme tome) for either, or both (I'd play both.) I've been trying to build this a bit myself for both races, but I am just not very good at it. I think it takes a skill and a hell of a lot of experience to do it right, which is why I ask for a detailed one of either. Most appreciated by me, those would be. Especially tips on the best armor (for medium armor or light) as I won't do the robes/clothing thing. If I wanted to wear clothing and swing swords I'd play a broadsword or dual blade scrapper in City of Heroes. Nope, I want armor! That's why I choose this fantasy setting, and this game.
Thanks for the suggestions. Switching to a dagger offhand and putting on Goggles of Insight helped a lot. Unfortunately, I selected the Archivist set and not able to complete the Pathfinder/Angers since you don't get an end reward for repeating Misery's Peak.
In general, what are the stats I should be looking for in loot for this build? So that I don't mess up moving forward...
Also, any recommended loot and quest to get them would be much appreciated. Thanks!
And please do a drow and elf build. I am pretty sure a lot of people would appreciate it. I'd give you a golden gygax statue if I could (if you did it.) I just know some people like myself who play specific races but are looking for something like this and we aren't pro builders like yourself. You do some great work coming up with these builds.
Drow build is right there on the first page...
It's not much of a change to go Sovereign Host. You just don't take any of the Shortsword related enhancements, go longsword instead (or, take racial shortsword, class longsword, and dual wield so you don't have an offhand penalty...drow get shortsword proficiency for free, even if they aren't following Vulkoor).
Hey thanks for the reply. Wait I'm confused, take longsword but they get racial proficiency in shortsword? I want to dual but shortswords wouldn't be good? Rapiers even? What about medium armor, what kind? Just mithral or something is fine?
Would an elf build be better?
An Elf build with longsword focus would work better than a Drow using longswords as Elves get racial bonus's to longswords - you would lose a feat on a human build however...
The extra feat seems to be a good reason why the OP went with Human.
Although, Elf is pretty sexy too if you could free up the APs to get the racial enhancements.
I'd imagine the 18 FvS / 2 Mnk split may see a return post U5, with WSS.
Either a free +2 str or wis (depending on your role) with longswords equipped is kinda nice, and you get a free self-haste of 7.5% and 2.5% double strike as well.
But making an effective healer *and* meleer means those feats are really tight, as shown in the OP.
