Need some lvl 20 gear advise

Just hit 20 tonight with my TR halfling monk. She is dark fist and a bit light on the ac side with only 49 atm(working on dragon touched). I am trying to max my dps then hp, I don't want my AC to get to low but I think most epic mobs are going to hit me with a 50ish ac anyway without really trying. The main issue I am having is the toughness item bonus. I could just keep my minos and have some double up but already going have a bit of that the only other items I can get this on would be

A: Epic Belt of the Mroranon - (Belt) Strength +7, Heavy Fortification, Toughness, Empty Yellow Augment Slot - this would confilict with my Knost belt and I would have to put GFL on something else not to big a deal but I did get my Encrusted ring so would be losing +2 damage as well.

B:Epic Hyena Claw Necklace - (Necklace) Intimidate +11, Constitution +7, Toughness, Empty Yellow Augment Slot - this would conflict with shinto neck, I don't have my ring yet so this sounds better now but then I would be swapping toughness and losing 20hp to use my Oremi neckless to stack up some quick KI

Any suggestions or input would be helpful or if I am missing an item(I know toughness can go in a blue aug slot but no items that I would wear have them) if the shinto and frenzy sets bonus's don't stack that it makes it a little easier as well so if anyone can confirm if they stack or not that would be great to.

You can put a GFL gem in the yellow slot on the epic belt. Yeah, it would kind of suck to give up the FB set, but the epic belt of the Mroranon is awesome. Is your Strength an even number right now with the FB set?

What would you be replacing Minos with anyway?

...help your party the best thing you could get in my opinion is some nifty 5% weighted handwraps. I have a malidroit and a weakining pair. i imagine force burst would also be good. Or ever paralyzing weighted 5% if you can find them. You might not be doing the greatest DPS but the party will kill things much faster and take less damage doing it.

Just my opinion though.

I would make my first priority piece of epic gear be Epic Spectral Gloves.
