Here is a simple money maker for Turbine with no downside. Charge me to let me move charecters from one of my accounts to another. Before you start responding with why it wont work look at my situation. Before cap was raised to 20 I had one account that me and two of my daughters played. Eventualy I decided that they were going to stay interested in DDO so I opened 2 more accounts for them (on the same CC) But now everyone wants to play there toon wich happen to be on the origanal account. No biggey really as we have went on to cap toons on all the accounts now but the girls want to play there origanal toons still. What would be the harm in letting me pay a fee to transfer there toons to there accounts.

1: Sharing accounts is against the EULA you agreed too. It was then, It is now.

2: this would be used for Plat farmers WAY more than it would be used for legitimate reasons.

As I understand things it would mean it would be a lot easier for plat farmers to level up and equip toons and then sell them with the cost of transferring between servers being part of the price.

Doubt it'll ever happen.

How about charging $10 for server transfers, same account? Seems to be a common mmo feature now.

As to sharing your account with your kid/wife. I honestly don't care what the EULA says, I'll share it with them if I want.
