A 2 Ftr/1 Rogue (check your spelling please ^^)?

My first suggestion is plan your split to 20. As in...what you actually want it to do. Giving us 3 out of 20 levels doesn't help us help you much.
Second, why 20 DEX? Only 17 is required for ITWF (and you can get away with 15-16 + tomes) for that. Weapon Finesse maybe? Doesn't seem to jive well with Fighter, in my opinion.

So uh...I don't know what else to say. Don't have 6 CON?

So...DPS build? Rogue for Trap Skills? Sneak Attack? Fighter for Martial Proficiencies and feats?

I would highly suggest coming up with a goal first, then asking for help getting there. As of now, it seems like you want us to tell you what your end goal should be. O.o
