    Default My status.

    I don't want to be a beggar.

    But....

    My Points have not been added to my account since 3 days of my billing date. I am unable to chat in general, party or guild chat as well. My chat problems have nothing to do with technical issues. The reason I am posting this here rather than sending an e-mail is because I have sent numerous e-mails to Turbine and none of them have gone answered. Please, for the sake of Bender- answer at least one of my pleas.

    DragonDrago77, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. However, as noted here, we can't assist with account specific issues via the forums.

    I had my beholder buddy check, and he assures me that all of your emails (except ones sent within the past week) have had answers sent to the email address provided in the inquiry. If you're not receiving them then it may be due to several things, such as spam filters. You may want to call, because unless something's changed with your email, you probably won't receive the upcoming responses either.

    If you'd like to PM me a different email that they can CC on the responses, feel free to do so.

    I checked my E-mail and I received a message stating that I bought something in the DDO store.
    (I bought something and I got an email stating that I bought something.)
    I'll try giving you another E-mail.
    Thanks for the help.
    Anyways, the problem with the DDO points has been resolved. I figured out that between certain dates in April that many people are not receiving their points. (As per threads in this forum)
