Im close to canceling and maybe playing ftp,or just deleting and moving on.Didnt know turbine was such an underhanded money hungry peice of **** company.Ive always liked turbine in the 3and a half years ive been playing but now that they are making tons of profit they show their ugly true side.

If you go and cancel your account they will give you the opportunity to fill out an exit survey. I implore everyone upset by recent Turbine moves to cancel their accounts and fill out the exit survey. you can go ahead and renew your subscription after you are done with the survey or just wait until your cycle comes up. I am hoping that someone reads those surveys that doesn't listen to the forums and has some power to get through management's head what the problems are.

I canned mine and went Freemium a few weeks back. I'm gonna stay in this game strictly long enough to have my main toon with all the gear and tomes she "wants" in the game (Greenblade, torc, +4 tomes and ToD ring belt set). As soon as I get all that (which won't be too much longer), I'm uninstalling the game and moving on.

This game "lost" me right after Mod 9 with their inane and insipid content "updates" and the so-called Epic quests. I gave'em $50 on top of my monthly fees for TRing and LRing. Since then I've seen very little evidence that future updates will bring the quality of content I expect. And no, guild housing is not content. Quite the opposite: it'll be yet another reason to grind the living **** out of players.
