First of all I already had a Turbine account for LOTRO. When I signed up for DDO I created a new username and password. Is there anyway to merge the too together so I have one username and password for both accounts?

I am sorry, but we can't merge existing accounts.

You can request a DDO Free key to create a new DDO subscription on your Turbine account with your LOTRO subscription. Use the Account Management email inquiry linked in my signature, select "New Free Account Key Request" and you'll get an answer in a few days.
