    Default Minute Man

    Cast Wall of Fire - Turtle - Profit
    A WF Sorc with 300+ HP and 20+ saves +evasion
    + DoS
    Kinda Hard to kill this guy

    Other nice thing is 1 minute out of every 10 - he is reasonable melee

    Has Holy + Arcane covered for Wands

    And of course - tons of self healing

    Would like some advice on Spell Choice and anything else

    Would this be fun or wear thin in upper levels?

    Not that it's a big deal, but shouldn't you take monk at 1st level to max your skill points? For that matter, why wait until level 20 to take monk 2? Personally, I'd rather have Evasion and that second feat early on.

    You went with DEX 14 and WIS 12, but I don't really see this as an AC build. Perhaps you'd be better off dump-stating both and bumping up STR, CON, and CHA? Does a low-AC turtle even work?

    Hmmmm, are you sure about the tower shields, comrade? You haven't experienced arcane spell failure haven't you?

    Using a mithral light shield is fine, you can see my char doing this by checking my vids (link in my sig).

    I applaud you trying to think out of the box on all the builds you posted so far. However, as with the others this build really isn't a viable build. There are some major issues with it and while at low levels it MIGHT come close to doing what you want, at higher levels it will only fail. So far the ONLY sorc/melee combo that has been proven even remotely viable was Mr.Cows (at least i think it's his. could be wrong and not looking for it :P).

    Without too much detail, I'll list a few points:
    With how your stats are set up, you really will not be a viable melee at any point. Also you just gimped your sorc abilities with the 14 cha and limited levels. You also don't need Tower Shield Proficiency in order to wear a tower shield (I am assuming you are only putting it on AFTER you cast your sells so you don't have arcane spell failure--right?). There are more issues than just these, but I'm afraid listing them may seem like an attack rather than an attempt at constructive criticism.

    Again, I applaud your creative thinking and trying to come up with a unique build. Really though I'd suggest that you find a class you really enjoy playing. Stay pure class on it, and take it all the way to 20. Then pimp it out a little bit. By the time you've accomplished that I think you'll have a much better grasp on some of the game dynamics in order to help you know when and if you really want to mix certain classes together to have it accomplish what you are hoping for.
