How can I get my Premium account?

I have paid to play DDO a few years back and I still have my old account working on DDO-Europe (on ddo.com it is Turbine's own login system, in ddo-europe it is Codemaster's Player Accounts System). Is it possible for Euro players to recover their old characters? I logged in my account on ddo-europe.com before and everything was ok. Then I tried logging in the same account on Eberron Unlimited but it told me the account doesn't excist so I made a new account. I have the free downloaded version installed instead of the CD-version.
My character was on the "Keeper" server

Is there a way to / how do I gain access to my old account through the free version of DDO?
Do I need to re-activate my CD-key?

Unfortunately, transfers between the EU and US clients isn't a premium service that Turbine offers (even when they are running). At this time the EU and US servers are completely separate - requiring different clients. The accounts are managed by different companies with different billing systems, and we aren't able to transfer either way between the two systems. I have not heard anything about this particular service being offered, but if it ever was it would be announced on the website and forums, and listed with the other premium services.
