Red face Bound to account or character?

I need some help. I purchased 5 major learning experience potions from the ddostore but i don't want to use them on the character that they are on (i'm fixin to delete). I don't have a shared bank and was not planning on purchasing one so am i just out almost 1500 ddo points? I also have some loot gems as well. Am i just screwed because i don't want to spend more on a shared bank? I was under the impression that bound to account meant that i could use them on any of my characters on my account, otherwise wouldn't it be bound to my character! Maybe I'm missing something else, can someone please help me? I spent alot of money on those points and i don't want to lose them just cause i dont want to spend more on a shared bank which i wont use(otherwise i would have got one by now). Someone help me!

Honestly, if u can afford to get at least the 20 slot shared account, it is well worth the investment. The add on 10 slot is nice, but not really neccesary.

    Angry :(

the whole point is that i dont want to have to spend more just to save from having to deleting my items. Either way im screwed, if i dont spend more for the shared bank then i lose the money that i spent. I just need to be clear on that. I spend roughly twenty five dollars on things I cant use unless i spend more money just to buy a shared bank i dont want. That is quite upsetting.
