    Default monk healing ki?

    im kind of new to the mnk and i have a light mnk lvl 10 and im woundering how i can use my healing ki and another question of mine is that some people can do the specail attack right away when they do 3 strikes before it but i cant seem to do it when i do dance of clouds or any of those if you have any advice please leave it.
