    yea, downgraded to free account as well, does this mean all my purchases get refunded? I could really use all that cash back now.. thanks.

    I have the same issue, got booted and have only two to play, all 4 are there though, please put me on list to fix

    Politely notifying customer service I am experiencing the same problem.
    Downgraded from Premium to Free while playing.
    Tried relogging - hoping it would reset account status - worked once, switched chars and it reverted to free.

    I'm having this issue, and so's my wife.

    I still have the slot I paid for, but am having to choose 3 from 5.

    Hopefully this will get an official response soon :-)

    Hey, same here - and some relief. Firstoff, your characters dont get deleted, they get frozen. Second: your gold cap and AH activity ist not affected, except you cant do more auctions and cant get more gold atm. third: i'm sure since the DDO Shop is down as well, this is a temporal DB error theyll be fixing soon, they have an emergency team for that.

    Just go back play some small toons or fire up another game, turbine will have this fixed soon.

    About gold cap - I *think* I lost some gold during a mail transfer.

    Tried relogging until game apparently reverted back to premium.
    Switched to an alt, to mail some gold to my haggle-bard.
    While sending money, game told me I wasn't Premium, I couldn't get any more gold, and I couldn't afford postage.
    Apparently, the sum I was trying to send vanished from alt's finances.
    I am wary of logging back on now.

    Good morning!

    Sorry for the delay, but community just got the call about the problems.

    There is a datacenter issue with the vendor who handles the Store, so premium accounts are showing as Free. This is absolutely temporary and will correct itself when their issue clears up. Unfortunately that's all the information we have at the moment so we're unable to give you an ETA - but we'll try to keep you posted if we learn anything else.

    We're really sorry for the inconvenience. I'm not sure if the login issues are related (I suspect they are) - need to go back further in my email, unless Tolero beats me to it!

    Exclamation Premium account downgraded to Free

    As am I, I still have reciepts from all purchased to verify the contents of my account. went from "Premium" with all content purchased and 10 character slots, to "Free" with only 8 character slots and account limitations. I hope for a speedy and permanent sollution for this problem.

    Angry Issue here too

    2 slots in standby here too.
    2 weeks ago one of my characters lost ALL equipment to a bug (level 7 !!! ) an now this ... that's not fair

    I seem to be having the exact same issue - was working last night but now thinks I'm free and down to 2 slots.

    Tried contacting account management via the form but now I've found this thread looks like the problem's pretty widespread, hope they get it fixed soon...

    Many of the issues appear to be clearing up, however we're still looking into the Store issues (which are causing this phenomenon). If you're still experiencing this issue or other Store related issues, please visit the central threads for updates
