    Default Premium Account downgraded to Free Account

    I purchased Turbine (DDO) points and my account was upgraded to a Premium account.
    As of now, it was downgraded to a free account again.

    Can I get any help restoring it to Premium?

    I also have the same issue - 2 of my 4 character slots have been disabled

    Exclamation Also Lost Premium status

    I have lost my Premium status ... how can we get this resolved?

    It was working this morning (Friday 4/09), now Friday evening .. I am back to free.

    I don't want to lose 2 of my 4 characters and I'd really like to play sometime soon!

    Same thing here. I got booted offline, couldn't log back in, come back after a couple of hours, and my Premium Account has been downgraded to a Free Account. I purchased points. The sole purpose of purchasing was to become a Premium member. What gives, Turbine?

    and here I was just about to spend some more money... I am not sure that I will now

    And what about the plat cap I am way over the cap for free accounts

    Same thing here 2 of 5 slots disabled. It's bad enough we put money into a broken game, but to have something you have PAID/earned for disabled/removed is not a very wise marketing stragedy. This is why alot of people I know will never become VIP. Fix the bugs! Extra content is nothing when the game is filled with glitches and bugs. Did Microsoft coders write this game ffs?

    Same thing happened to me. Was in the middle of playing and all of a sudden I had exceeded some gold cap for my level. Also said I couldn't post any more auctions when I only had a few out. Afraid to log out...............

    Can anybody help us?, i have the same problem and i've lost my Premium account with two character slots and other issues.

    generally, support staff doesn't work at 1 in the morning.

    ******.. I don't want to lose one out of my three toons just because of a bug. :/ If I assign them slots, do I permanently lose the third toon?

    Same here, no more premium member.

    ... and I acidentally clicked my level 3 toon in stead of the level 14 I play with most. Anyone know if you can change this somehow?

    Add me to this list, I'm a free member again... lost 2 character slots. It's asking me to delete a character or buy new slots to play..

    no. it will be available again when your account is fixed.

    I want to clear up this statement of error. It doesn't ask you to delete a character. The interface asks you to choose two characters to continue playing. The other(s) will not be selectable for play, until the account is upgraded.

    In addition, when I logged out to the character select screen, my account was once again labeled, "Premium". However, I am once again unable to login to my server, Orien. It seems the issues here involving the Premium/Free situation are not deliberate. Likely, there are some severe server-side issues that will hopefully be resolved over the next few hours.

    For me, I'll just call my DDO evening short and move onto another game. I haven't been playing Left 4 Dead 2 lately.
