Same with me, don't feel bad. I only hope I can get them at some point today so that I can purchase the 32 pt build. From what I've read it can take up to 48 hours for the points to show up which means I still have around 20 to go before I can open a ticket.

As noted here, points can take up to 48 hours to show. If you don't believe you've received them, please contact the Account Management department.
