Building intimidate for elite raids.

I'm putting together an intimitank, and I'm having trouble settling on exactly how much total intimidate to aim for after factoring all feats/enhancements/equipment etc. Does anyone know the minimum intimidate necessary to nofail intimidate:

1) VoD Suulomades elite?
2) ToD Horoth elite?
3) ToD Suulomades elite?

I'm pretty sure the exact value for each is somewhere between the mid-60's to low 70's, but I'm having trouble finding reliable information on the exact thresholds for each of those, and being able to nail down exact values will go a long way to finishing the build (less intimidate required = more room to fit in DPS). If your toon has successfully intimidated any of those bosses on a 1, it'd be really helpful to find out how high your intimidate was when you did that, even if you're not sure what the actual minimum was required for those bosses.

Just for fun (but not nearly as important), I'm also curious about the minimum intimidate required to nofail:
1) HoX Xy'zzy hard? (factoring in the -12 size penalty)
2) HoX Xy'zzy elite?
3) Any other particularly difficult to intimidate targets in non-epic content?

Thanks in advance -- if anyone would like to share a favorite current build that hits these intimidate thresholds, that'd be great as well.
