    Default Still waiting on my monthly VIP Points

    Not sure I am posting this in the correct forum.

    Could someone please direct me on what I should do exactly to receive the 500 points. My account was billed on April 4th.

    I am sorry, but we can't assist with account specific issues via the forums. You'll need to contact the Account Management department via phone or email. They can look in to this, and grant the points if the have not been received.
