does amaras belt and xaochian stack?

i have the xaochian eardweller and was wondering if the superior ardor on amaras belt would stack with it and if i had to use them in any specific order?

I would say 'No', as Xachosian overrides any other potency-type effects.

I have both also, and although they don't stack, they are both awesome and useful in their own respect. I have a fvs and I like how mass cure crit with spell frenzy on hits for around 300, with emp and max on. Maybe hits for 220 with belt clickie active.
